Our most popular lefse turning stick and preferred in our Lefse Time kitchen. We have found that the extra width is a bit more user-friendly. Tapered edges slide easily under lefse for transfer from pastry cloth to grill. Some lefse cooks like to use 2 sticks, one for moving the lefse from the pastry cloth to grill and one for turning on the grill. But what we have found works best is there is one for everybody…then there’s no fighting and you can practice your sword fighting skills! The handle has a burned rosemale and hole for hanging. 1.5″ wide, 24″ long. Wipe with a damp cloth and air dry completely.
