Lefse Rolling Pin – Corrugated

Traditional corrugated lefse rolling pin for making potato lefse. The pin needed to make those authentic markings on your lefse rounds! Why use a corrugated rolling pin? Believe it or not, it helps to push your lefse dough out, getting it thinner and thinner.

Be sure to prep your corrugated rolling pin with flour (pack in all the grooves) between each sheet of lefse you roll. Some lefse cooks like to use rolling pin covers with corrugated pins.

Made from hardwoods. 2 3/4″ x 17 1/4″. Easy-rolling action. Dust out all the flour with a stiff-bristled brush before washing in warm soapy water, allow to air dry completely.
