The artist, Ethel Kvalheim, of Stoughton, WI, was awarded the distinguished Medal of St. Olav by the King of Norway for her contributions to the art of rosemaling. 24 sheets of rosemaled decorated paper are 6.25" x 8.5". 12 rosemaled decorated envelopes are 6.5" x 4.5".
