Our lefse making classes are hands on instruction so you will be making your own lefse from scratch using our foolproof recipe! Whether you’re a novice or expert we welcome you and guarantee fun!
Lefse classes are held at our gift shop and are approximately 3 hours. We provide all the lefse making tools and aprons for messy cooks! We also provide bags to take your lefse home in, but feel free to bring your own container. Class size is 2 to 6 students. $40 per student, $10 deposit required. Most classes take place in the fall, but if summer works better for you just give us a call.
