Lefse Time guarantees 100% customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with our products, we will refund your credit card account or send a check for the purchase amount as long as the merchandise is returned in its original condition, within 15 days of the customer's receipt. The refund will be for the price of the merchandise. We will not refund any shipping costs.
Did your order arrive damaged or incorrect?
We ship each order with care and special attention but, on occasion, orders are damaged in transit. If your order is damaged or incorrect when you receive it, please keep all the original boxes and packaging material. Shipping and Handling
Lefse Time ships all products by UPS or freight within 2 - 3 business days. Delivery normally occurs in 7 to 10 business days. UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Include street, apartment, or suite number. Additional shipping fees may apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Please use the phone, fax, or mail format, below, for placing orders to these regions. Lefse Time reserves the right to choose alternate carriers for delivery as needed.

You may phone, fax or mail your order if you prefer not to order online. All prices at Lefse Time are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be prepaid in U.S. funds.

For Internet, telephone and fax orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If you decide to mail your order, we accept credit cards, personal checks, or money orders. Regardless of method of ordering, credit cards used to secure orders will be charged at the time your first paid item is shipped. Orders made through the Lefse Time Store will appear on your credit card statement as "Lefse/Decorandgiftshopping.com." Those orders made through the mail via check will be shipped upon successful clearance of the check.
