Hi – from Norway! I will very much like to share with you a recipe for Goro – without rolling, a modern and easier recipe.
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar (1 cup is app. 2,5 dl)
- 7 oz melted butter
- 2/3 cup cream
- 1 cup potatoflour or cornflour
- 1 cup white flour
- ½ teaspoon cardamom
Whip egg and sugar. Stir in the melted butter. Whip the cream and stir it carefully into the mixture. Use spoon to drop the mixture in the hot “gorojern”, one spoon in each “room”.
